Fixit Realty Property Management division is a full-time operation, with five on staff and headed by Fasih Sheikh Managing Director, Fayaz Sheikh Director. 4 circulars a month, 1 circular every week is sent to valued institutions, organizations and Property owners
including Banks, Embassies, Consulates, Business Organizations, Property Investors and Property Owners
to keep them up to date with the market.

Every property bought by Fixit Realtors, full payment is made with in a month.

•  Inspection of the property to determine its sale and  rental value.

• Evaluation of any upgrading or repair work that is needed in order to get the best tenant for the best rental income. Negotiating and signing the management agreement for the property with the owners.

• Advertising the property and screening all applicants for the right buyer or  tenant. Taking care of the property while it is vacant to be sure it is secure, and all maintenance items are performed on a regular basis.

• Making regular inspections of the property while it is rented to be sure that the property is well maintained.

• Collection of the rent and disbursement to owner or deposited in bank as directed by the owner.

•  Maintain income and expense records for owner to be sent at the end of the year for income tax purposes.

•  Arrange for emergency repairs when necessary.

•  Advise on any repairs needed.

•  Handle tenant complaints and requests.

•  Supervise all maintenance, repairs and improvements.

•  Advise the market value of the property when desired by owner.
